REGISTRATION
The 2024 event will be held at Aruani Grid in Bengaluru on February 18, 2024

There are different phases of payment as per discount mentioned on the Register page. In order to avail the discount at the time, payment must be made within the timeline of the discount. More information can be found in the Registration and Payment Guidelines document located on the Downloads page.
No, AutoX is open to students and to alumni. The only important detail is that the vehicle that is entered must be a typical ‘Formula Student’ vehicle. The details are located in the Rules document on the Downloads page.
Unfortunately, fees are not refundable.
EVENT PROCEDURE

No, the event is purely dedicated to dynamic track testing.
The AutoX event will only focus on the Autocross event.
There is no limit on the number of registered drivers on a team, or the number of runs that each driver can take.
AX2024 is not a racing event and wheel-to-wheel racing will not be present. Instead, teams will be scored based on their best laptimes.
- In the Registration form, the team will be required to provide contact details of the Team Captain and 2 additional contacts.
- EV Teams are required to submit the ESOQ prior to the event.
- At the event site, team members will be required to sign a liability waiver.
- All participating drivers will be required to provide hardcopies of their official government issued driver’s license.
- All participating drivers will be required to pay a bon at the event site that will be collected by the venue.
Teams will register and have their vehicles go through tech inspections on Saturday, February 17, 2024. The next day – Sunday, February 18 – will feature a safety briefing followed by a full day of autocross, and an awards ceremony at the end of the day. A detailed schedule will be made available closer to the event.
